🔹 1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on physical products under the following conditions:

  • Item was damaged, defective, or never arrived

  • Refund request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide proof (photos or unboxing video) of the issue

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital/downloadable items (themes, plugins, code)

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders

  • Delayed shipping due to courier or customs issues


🔹 2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email:

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Name and contact info

  • Photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


🔹 3. Replacements & Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund. This applies to:

  • Damaged shipments

  • Wrong item received


🔹 4. Shipping Returns (if required)

If we ask for a product to be returned:

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs (unless it's our error)

  • Returned items must be in original packaging


🔹 5. Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the product may already be processed by the supplier and can no longer be cancelled.
